CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Kenzie K. Massage & Cupping Therapy you are agreeing to the cancellation/no show policy. A 24 hour cancellation is required to avoid being charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will result in a 50% service fee. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your total missed service. If you arrive late you are required to pay the full service amount. If you need to cancel an appointment please do as early as possible to avoid being charged the service fees that you are booked for. Thank you.
